Hi, I'm Suzanne Bradley, founder and director of the Best of Madison Project. I am a certified web designer and digital marketing specialist, and have created numerous websites for Madison Indiana area businesses, including the Riverboat Inn, the Eyecare Group, Big Brothers Big Sisters & several others.

The idea for this project was a direct result of  conversations with local business owners, as well as researching available programs such as the Chamber of Commerce, Visit Madison, and Madison Mainstreet. While these organizations are doing their best at their respective efforts, we found that none of them were really focused on promoting local businesses. Thus, the idea for this project was born.

We shared the idea of an affiliate marketing program with Madison business owners, and several of them wanted to be a part of the project. To participate, we required a minimum 4 star customer rating, and a small fee to help cover expenses. The Best of Madison website  launched in November, 2017 and was an immediate success. Two months later we launched the affiliate Facebook page.

Now in our 7th year, the Best of Madison website averages over 4,000 visits a month, and participating businesses are receiving hundreds of phone calls and requests for directions.  Our goal is to continue to promote the best businesses in Madison, Indiana, while continuing to grow our viewership.
